We know the history of the Ground Hog. If the ground hog comes out on February 2 and sees his shadow, there will be 6 more weeks of winter. If, on the other hand, he comes out and does not see his shadow, there will be an early spring. But, what happens if it's icy & snowy and the ground hog is snowed in?
