The final Discovery astronaut was just seat-belted into the shuttle. The Discovery shuttle is taking off at 4:50 p.m. EST today, February 24, 2011. This is an interesting and fascinating way to get students interested in science and space.

My daughter, Eliana, fell in love with elephants at the age of 2.
